A modern ground floor apartment located on the seafront close to the beach, shops, restaurants, parking and the train station. Sea Breeze has a cosy open plan area with kitchen, dining table and comfortable seating as well as a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower/toilet room. Accessed through a beautiful communal tiled lobby, the apartment is self contained all on one level, with individual keys for the sole use of the guests.

Parking

The area around has extensive parking, both free and paying. A free car pass is provided for the main paying car parks in Barmouth, so you don’t need to worry about paying for parking. The pass includes car parks directly opposite the apartment too.

Communal Entrance Hall

A secure front door leads to an impressive, light and bright entrance hallway with period tiled floor and carpeted stair way to the other apartments with feature wooden spindles and balustrade.

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner

A lovely bright room with a feature bay window and seating providing views over to the sea and sand dunes. With wood effect laminate flooring, a double settee, TV, and dining table for two.

Utility Room

A useful utility room housing a washing machine, hoover and ironing board. Please feel free to use this room as you please.

Double Bedroom

A good size and very cosy double bedroom with ensuite shower room, as well as a hidden alcove with a discreet wardrobe area. 

Shower Room

With contemporary white suite compromising of bi-folding door cubicle, hand basin with vanity unit and WC, touch operated mirror and heated towel rail. Exactly what you need to fix those sandy feet!

External Area

At the front of the property there is a slated patio bound by low iron railings with seating, exclusively for the guests of Sea Breeze Apartment. A lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink in the sun while admiring the view and watching the world go by.
